Center Court location in Ala Moana Shopping Center. This was the second time RBI built out this space for Dior. We also built for Dior in Waikiki and Whalers Village and various other locations in the Western States.

We completely gutted the six existing hotel rooms on one floor and remodeled into a 2700 sqft. luxury suite.

Colony Surf Hotel

RBI built the Porte Cochere and lobby area as well as remodeled top two floors and several units throughout the building.

Fendi

Royal Hawaiian Center, Waikiki, Hawaii – The Facade was particularly difficult. In collaboration with several subcontractors, RBI was able redesign the owners facade design and reduce the overall cost by forty percent. RBI presented this design in New York and won approval. The project had been on hold for four months and this allowed it to begin immediately.

Waikiki Restoration

These stores are located on Kalakaua Ave in Waikiki, Hawaii. These buildings were all restructured and expanded by adding second floors and building out to the back areas. After this work was completed, RBI built out the majority of the tenant spaces.
